Q. What is Love it Lingerie?
A. Love it Lingerie is an Australian online lingerie boutique that only stocks high quality, designer lingerie, bras, underwear, chemises and corsets. Catering for women of all shapes and sizes you will be sure to find something that suits your needs in Love it Lingerie online boutique. You can also join our exclusive subscription service that allows you to select lingerie to be delivered to your door monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly as a gift for yourself or for that special loved one or friend. You can choose the item to be delivered or opt for our surprise package. The lingerie item is different each month.

Q. Do you have extra plus sizes?
A. We currently stock sizes up to a 20G at this point and plan on extending this as we find suitable manufacturers. All of our stock is of highest quality and really pretty, not just plain bras or undies. Please see the images of our products and product descriptions in our Love it Lingerie online boutique

Q. How do I choose the right size?
A. Please visit our Sizing page for guidance on choosing the right size and measurement advice.

Q. What if the size is wrong?
A. Easy, simply email us at sales@loveitlingerie.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and we will supply you with an exchange form. Post back the ill fitting products including the exchange form and we will send you the correct size. All tags must be intact and garments in the same condition as when it was sent.

Due to laws on hygiene we cannot exchange underwear, even if they are the wrong size. So please check your size carefully from our charts on the. Sizing page, before placing your order. If you are subscribing to our monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly subscription service, you can update your order and amend your size request.

Q. What is your delivery fee?
A. We dispatch your online orders by post for which we charge a nominal delivery fee of $7 for regular post within Australia, $15.00 for express post within Australia and $13 worldwide, which is added to your order at checkout.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Depending on the stock on hand anywhere between 7-14 days for regular postage and 3-7 days for express. Orders are processed daily and leave our premises within 24 hrs of you placing your order.
If an item is not in stock at that particular point in time we will order from the manufacturer and we will post it as soon as we have it in stock. We do however update our page daily to help ensure we never advertise a product we do not have in stock.

Q. Can I get my package in an unmarked envelope?
A. All our orders are sent in a standard Australia Post satchel however if you wish for us not to use our business name of LOVE IT LINGERIE as the sender for privacy reasons, please email us to let us know any of your requirements and needs.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. The most secure and easy way to pay online is via credit card, therefore this is the only pay option that we have here at Love It Lingerie. After payment is acquired you will receive and email in notification of your processed order and estimated delivery time frame.

Q. How do I buy Love it Lingerie items
A. Please go to our sizing page for advice on what size to buy, then browse the Love it Lingerie online boutique; for a suitable item follow the prompts. Feel free to contact us for any advice, or help with your purchase

Q. What is a lingerie subscription?
A. This is the feature that sets Love it Lingerie apart from the other online lingerie stores out there. It is the most convenient way to keep your lingerie updated with the latest stock without the worry and stresses of visiting the busy and crowded shops! Great for mothers with young children, the busy working women, young teens who want the latest fashion without the huge mark-ups, families with more than one female and women who live in the country and don’t have access to department stores – basically everyone. The subscription feature allows you to receive your lingerie in the mail at a lower cost than if you where to purchase the items individually. Once you have purchased your 12 month subscription, you will receive a catalogue shortly before your lingerie is due to be posted allowing you to pick the item you desire. These catalogues will have some repetitive stock as well as a variety of new items to select from.  This way, there is something for everybody and a change from the everyday selection we are faced with.

Q. What happens if my size changes? (Subscriptions)
A. Easy! When choosing your next subscription item, simply select the size you wish to receive.

Q. Can I buy a lingerie subscription as a gift?
A. Most definitely! Once you have selected a frequency, duration and time it will commence you will be directed to the page in which you are required to pay and confirm details. On this page, there will be an option to bill to: the purchaser and send to: the gift receiver. However, once the duration of the subscription that is paid for is carried out, if the receiver would like to continue with the subscription option they must make a new login account by filling in the appropriate forms, and will therefore create a new subscription that bills directly to them or the appointed purchaser.

Q. Can I buy a gift voucher?
A. Yes, of course. Just go to the products page and click on the link from there to order a gift voucher for a friend of love one. They come in a variety of values to suit all budgets and are a convenient way to give the gift of lingerie without the worry and hassle of sizes and style choices -whether or not you’re choosing the right one!

Q. I am having difficulties placing my order online, what should I do?
A. When it comes to this issue there are actually a few solutions.  You could drop us an email with the model numbers, sizes and quantity of selected styled at sales@loveitlingerie.com, call us on 0428 003 850 or refresh the browser page to see if this helps the situation.

Q. What security measures have you put in place to ensure this site is a secure one?
A. All payments are processed through credit cards eliminating the risk of being scammed or paying fees for the use of other online payment options.
Here at Love It Lingerie we do not store your credit card details, passwords are kept on all files and private details are never given out or used beyond the purchases made by you at the checkout. All files and details are only seen by a select handful of people that have very limited and supervised access to them.

Q. When will my subscription be sent each month?
A. After receiving your initial subscription item shortly after purchase, your subscription will be sent on the 1st of every month so depending on postage, so expect to receive them within the first two weeks of the month.
